The ‘Ben-Jen’ couple is quickly making headlines. It’s only been two months since Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck reunited and the entire world is swooning over their gorgeous, glamorous, nostalgic and sweet romance. The couple confirmed their 2.0 relationship at their dinner date. An insider revealed “Jen and Ben sat next to each other and were very affectionate. They held hands under the table.” When it comes to Ben’s relationship with JLo’s twins, the source added, “Ben and her kids seemed comfortable together. The kids kept chatting with Ben. Ben seemed great. He was smiling and laughing. They ordered a lot of food to share. Ben had a Diet Coke.”
While it seems like they’ve been together forever, every outing, hand-holding photo, and secret makeout session at Nobu offered up a new wave of butterflies. And now, the couple seems to take things to the next level, the couple is making news that they might move in together.
Sources told US Weekly that the two are planning on cohabitating. The news comes after reports that Lopez plans on decamping from the East Coast to Los Angeles. Jen bid adieu to Miami and said aloha to Los Angeles, where Ben resides.
“Ben and Jen are spending almost every night together when they’re not working,” the source said. ‘They plan on moving in together very soon.” They aren’t bothered by people who are critical about the speed, the source added: “[They] laugh at anyone who says they’re rushing things. As far as Jen sees it, she and Ben have their whole lives now to set things up in a comfortable way. She intends to be an involved stepmom who’s there for Ben in that area, plus she’ll want him to make the same effort with her and Marc’s kids.”
Lopez shared her first remarks on her life since she started dating Affleck again in an Apple Music 1 interview that aired over the weekend. “I’m super happy,” she said. “I know people are always wondering. How are you? What’s going on? Are you okay? This is it. I’ve never been better. And I want my people who care about me because I care about them so much, to know that I’ve really gotten to a place in my life where I’m great on my own. And I think once you get to that place, then amazing things happen to you that you never imagine in your life happening again. And so that is where I’m at. And I love all the love that’s coming my way right now and all of the, the good wishes. And I just want everybody to know that it’s the best time. It’s the best time of my life.”
Quite recently, Ben indulged in some more bonding time with Jennifer’s family, including her twins and parents, as the couple took off to the Hamptons to celebrate the Fourth of July weekend. This included a cosy sunset stroll while donning matching outfits. The couple really does seem to be ready to blend their families after all the kids got together for a trip to Universal Studios Hollywood. Another source previously told Entertainment Tonight that Affleck and J.Lo “are both hopeful about their relationship this time around and putting the effort in. They have both matured and are on the same page and it has been easy.”
