According to a viral post, the dates for the upcoming elections in Assam has been declared. The post further said that the dates were also revealed in West Bengal, Tamil Nadu, Kerala and Puducherry. The claim is said to be false as the post claim that the Election Commission of India has declared two dates in April for the Assam Legislative Assembly Polls. As per the fake claim, ‘the Election Commission of India has announced April 4 and April 11 as the election dates for Assam Elections 2021.’
